Finance for Retrofitting

When a Finance for Retrofit event is packed out with a waiting list, you know retrofit is big news! That’s what happened for our February event for home-owners and community activators facilitated by our community engagement lead Helen Todd.

We recognise the need to stimulate and enable bottom-up demand and over the last year as Helen has engaged with communities over South Yorkshire, financing options retrofits have been a major conversation.

We’ll be sharing how these conversations develop over the coming weeks. Thanks as always to the North East & Yorkshire Net Zero Hub who funded this community engagement work. Without this funding, how would we know which solutions are most viable for community members?
